Due to our rapid and exciting growth we are looking for Ophthalmic Scrub nurses to help fill hundreds of positions throughout Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. We have regular weekend work available within reputable trusts, aswell as weekdays for individuals who are looking for full-time or ad-hoc shifts to fit around work/family commitments.

Scrub duties will include:

Requirements

You will be a qualified Registered Nurse/ODP, to work as a Scrub Nurse in the NHS, you must be/have;

Successful candidates will currently be living in the UK, have effective communication skills, excellent attendance record and ability to work under pressure. A minimum of 12 months post qualification work experience within NHS hospitals (in the last 2 years) and ability to provide 2 professional references are essential.

This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for an Enhanced Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions that do not meet the previous offences filtering process.
